• The exact URL(s) on MarathiKatha.one where the allegedly infringing content appears.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, if warranted, remove or disable access to the identified content in a timely manner, and notify the content contributor where applicable.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similarly detailed information to the email address above.
