This Editorial Policy explains how content is created, reviewed, and maintained on MarathiKatha.one.
Our moral stories, folk tales, Panchatantra fables, and Akbar-Birbal / Tenali Raman court tales are original retellings written in our own words, inspired by traditional narrative structures and lessons passed down through oral and literary tradition. We do not copy text from other published sources.
Historical Stories and Biographies are based on documented historical events and figures. Where a popular legend (such as specific dramatic details in a well-known battle account) is not fully verifiable, we aim to present it clearly as part of the traditional narrative rather than as an undisputed fact.
Every story includes an age-group recommendation and difficulty level to help parents and teachers choose appropriate content. We avoid graphic violence and content unsuitable for the stated age range.
We welcome corrections from readers, educators, and historians. If you notice an error, please contact us via our Contact page, and we will review and update the content as appropriate.
MarathiKatha.one is ad-supported, but advertising has no influence over which stories we choose to write or how we write them.
